Join the Kids Dash

The LMCU Bridge Run Kids Dash started in 2023 as a fun way for us to kick off the Bridge Run weekend. We wanted to provide youth who are not ready to walk or run Sunday's 5K with an opportunity to participate in their own event on Saturday, while also allowing parents to focus on their own race day goals with Sunday's 5K and 10 Mile. 

What: 
200 Meter & 400 Meter Run

This will be untimed in the parking lot of the LMCU Ballpark. The distances will be separate events, with the ability for youth to participate in them both (no need to register twice). The focus is on having FUN!

Participants will receive a finisher ribbon, snack (we know kids will run for a snack), and a sweet treat from Dr. John's Healthy Sweets.


When:
The races will start at 11:50a on Saturday, 9/19. 

However, plan to come early to experience everyone who we have onsite with us for the morning (see more below).

Registration is required to participate in the Kids Dash and can be done online or onsite Dash morning.
